Kimmo and Akseli are two professional chefs who had been on Top Chef. We met them at the Blue Lagoon and they invited us to have dinner with them that night. It was impressive! A 5 course meal with a bunch of booze and good friends. They had so much amazing and fun energy. They had brought some very special Reindeer, mushrooms, and other ingredients with them. The Reindeer was super fresh and had come from a ranch in which they knew the name of every reindeer. The meal was absolutely amazing and I'm so lucky we got to be a part of it!
