As we walked into Robert Sinsky there was a cute couple that exchanged picture taking duties with. I sent them to Goosecross (and they went and loved it)! Here we are in front of the coi pond at Robert Sinsky.

Robert Sinsky had a gorgeous building with some neat architecture. Through the main tasting room was an outside area (which was closed because it was so empty at the winery), but it was open for my photography!

Robert Sinsky pairs food with their wine tasting (which is a little pricey at $25, but with the food, I found it to be well worth the tasting fee). Here is there kitchen, where they prepared some delicious tastes for us! I really liked how the pots/pans were all lined up in front of the marble looking wall/counters.

Robert Sinsky had a gorgeous building with some neat architecture. I really liked how the shadows here made some neat/interesting lines. In comparison to the earlier photo, I stepped back, went wide angle, and tried to use the shadows to draw the viewers eye through this photo. I had to spend a *LOT* of time trying to fix the perspective on this photo. Because I shot it wide, the pillars on the left were bowing inwards, and the beams on the top seemed to be going downwards at an odd angle. I'm quite pleased with the "fixed" perspective --- dang wide angle lenses (but thank goodness at the same time!) :P

As a wine club member at Frog's Leap (aka "The Fellowship of the Frog") we were greeted with a free wine tasting and cheese pairing. They also brought us some water (it was a hot day) in these really neat glasses (which are from Crate & Barrel). I knew my mom would *love* these, so I snapped a photo for her.

Anna and Silvia enjoyed the private tour of Frogs Leap that I gave them. I've been so many times that I was able to (pretty much) give them the official tour with all the right commentary too!

Frogs Leap Winery rebuilt this very old barn (piece by piece they took it apart, fixed it up, and then rebuilt it using the exact same pieces of wood in the exact same spots). Now they do all of their barrelling in here and you can see the stainless steel tanks. I love how there's that contrast between steel and wood in the background.

I liked the original shot (non-HDR) version better, but I couldn't help enjoy the richness and texture on the HDR version, so I thought I'd post it anyways. This is just for kicks and giggles.
